Founder
Bill Palace, the President of Southwest Residential Properties, has invested in real estate since the early 1980’s. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, partner, and broker. He has helped develop win-win relationships with business people, technologists, ranchers, oil men, and home owners across the country.
After working as an attorney for the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Bill worked as a landman/leasing agent in the oil and gas business in the Rocky Mountain and Southwestern states, then as a real estate broker in California. Later, he held management positions in high technology companies in California. In founding Southwest Residential Properties, Bill seeks to meet the needs of property owners, buyers, and investors in challenging real estate markets such as Southern California and Texas.
Mr. Palace holds an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a JD from New England School of Law. He also has a BA from Syracuse University. He is a member of Heal the Bay, the Nature Conservancy, and The Sierra Club. And, he is active in Habitat for Humanity. |
