Mission Statement
Southwest Residential Properties, Inc. is a real estate development and investment firm based in Manhattan Beach, California that does business in the greater southwestern United States. Our mission is to deliver superior returns to a limited group of private investors, while pro-actively creating win-win relationships with property sellers, strategic partners, investors, and buyers.
We do this by finding residential properties with financial, structural, or operational problems we can solve. We may hold long term or sell quickly, depending on the unique challenges and opportunities afforded by each property.
Through our affiliate holding company, Phoenix Property Holdings, LLC, we raise cash through a mix of private investment and conventional loans, secured by trust deeds on real estate. We work with several general contractors and loan brokers who deliver top value. Finally, we provide reliable and cost-effective property management services for our investment portfolio.
